In this video, Navigator Victoria teaches about tapas in Spain, and demonstrates how to make tortilla de patata. This video is part of a full presentation from our Fall 2017 Virtual Cultural Festival. In the full presentation Navigators Josh, Jonathan, and Victoria teach about some popular dishes in the Philippines, China, and Spain. They do a demonstration of how to make the dishes, and a Q & A about their focus countries at the end. The presentation is designed for K-12 students.

I am a senior at UNC and I study Linguistics, Speech and Hearing Sciences, and Spanish for the
Professions. During the summer after my sophomore year, I studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain for six weeks. During my
time there I lived with a host family and was able to practice my Spanish and learn a lot about Spanish culture. I am so
glad to be able to share some of what I learned there!
