I’m a Jamaican graduate student in my third year of the School of Public Health’s doctoral program in Nutrition. I went to Barbados to analyze epidemiological data that based on three cohorts of college students from the Caribbean: University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Barbados, St. George’s University, Grenada and University of the West Indies, Mona Jamaica. My work was focused on the predictors of obesity in these students. I welcomed the opportunity to be in the Caribbean again, and I thoroughly enjoyed the CropOver Festival events that I attended.
