Hi, my name is Elliot Chen. I am a junior at UNC Chapel Hill and I am studying computer science. I lived in Brazil during the summer of 2014 in Bauru. I was a P.E. teacher for Iprespa, a community center for underprivileged children. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking, so I decided I would make a video tutorial on how to make fried empanadas with a chicken filling. Empanadas were one of my favorite snacks in Brazil and there was no limit to how many I would eat when presented the opportunity.
