Niki is a junior at UNC Chapel Hill studying Biology and Sociology. For her work with Carolina Navigators, her focus country is India. She wanted to be part of this experience because she wanted to share her own experience and learn from her peers.
Holland is a senior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Human Development and Family studies with minors in Education & Music. For her work with Carolina Navigators, her focus country is Spain. She studied abroad in Barcelona Spain for four months where she took classes and interned at Primary school. She wanted to be part of Carolina Navigators because she believes that global learning opportunities are an important way to close the achievement gap and help students become more culturally competent.
