Video: A Bus Ride Through Dublin

This short video presentation tells the story of my first week abroad in Dublin, Ireland. In only a few short days I experienced the busy city, traditional culture and scenic landscapes that Dublin has to offer. As my first experience abroad, this city opened my eyes to the complex ways in which history, culture and beauty relate to one another within the context of a large urban city. Now I would like to share my experience with you in hopes that you will join me on a bus ride through Dublin.
This lesson it designed for a first grade classroom.
There is a short assessment at the end of the video that asks students to compare and contrast the things they have seen in the video to their home countries.
How are they the same? How are they different? By the end of the lesson, students will be able to discuss the complexity of culture in Dublin.
